Chocolate Banana Cupcakes


This cupcakes texture is very soft, moist and fluffy. 

Ingredients:
200 gr Self Raising Flour
  25 gr Valrhona Cocoa Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
170 gr Unsalted Butter, room temperature
170 gr Caster Sugar
    2 eggs(55g each)
220 gr banana ( i used pisang Raja), mashed
  30 ml of fresh Milk
100 gr Chocolate Chip


Method:-
1. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl and set aside.
2. Cream soft butter and caster sugar using a electric beater or hand whisk till pale and creamy.
3. Add one egg at a time together with vanilla extract, beat till combined before stirring in the mashed banana and mix well.
4. Using a spatula, fold in sifted flours in 3 batches alternatively with milk till well combined. Lastly stir in the  chocolate chip.
5. Pour batter into a cupcakes pan with cupcakes cases. 
6. Bake in preheated 160° C oven for about 20 - 25 minutes or when a skewer inserted in the center and comes out clean.
